The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.  Please read them carefully. NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES

On Supplements, Diet Pills, Soaps (including Bars, Gels, Creams, Lotions, Salts, Shampoos, Conditioners, Deodorants, Ointments, Salves, and other related merchandise) unless the merchandise is defective due to manufacturing. Defective merchandise will be exchanged with equal value merchandise.

Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to Jevelle.  Customer bares shipping cost for returned items.

Any claims for damaged items in shipping must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within (3) business days after delivery by calling 1-877-415-6057. We will not be responsible for replacement, if notified after (3) business days.

Cancellation of Order
  • Orders canceled of an in stock item, before the item is shipped, will be subject to a 6% administrative charge.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
Shipping Address Error Charge

Please make sure that the shipping address you supply is absolutely correct, beyond the best of your knowledge.  Our UPS account is automatically charged $5.00 for every address correction they make.  In the event that your address is corrected by UPS (to complete the delivery), the credit/debit card supplied to purchase the products will be charged $5.00.

Chargeback Policy

All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed with Jevelle International. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us 1-877-415-6057 and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on this website, please contact us for immediate resolution.

Agreement:
You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card by Jevelle. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that Jevelle Intl. may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to a $25 fee by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.

If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and less the shipping charges. If you received free shipping, you will be charged for shipping whatever UPS or USPS charged Jevelle to ship your package, this will be deducted from your refund. There is no free shipping on returned products.

How to return a defective item

1. Call us for a Return Form 1-877-415-6057- The Return Form needs to be filled out completely and signed before we process your return. Using this form, explain the defect, why you are returning the item, be specific.

2. Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of your box. Ship package by USPS or Postal Service. Make sure you insure the package in the event that the package is lost. You will also need a receipt as proof you shipped the package.
